Everything You need To Know

Small Group Setting

Led by our very best Story Guides,  groups are intentionally kept small (12-16 people) so every person can engage deeply with the Story and with each other.

Housing Included

Stay with a Cincinnati family who has been using God's Story to shape and form their family and household.  This is one of the most impactful parts of the weekend. 

Celebrate a Special Meal

Following Friday's SFL discussions, you will get to celebrate a special weekly meal that celebrates the beginning of Sabbath.  

Details

You will arrive at the home of your SFL Story Guide at noon on Friday.  The retreat will conclude at noon on Sunday.  If you will be flying, we highly recommend getting a rental car. 

You might be Wondering...

Where is it held?
Your small group will meet in the home of your Story Guide.  Every part of the weekend happens in homes.
How much does the weekend cost?
The retreat is $100/person.  This includes all of your meals.
Who is the Retreat Weekend for?
- The retreat is for soft hearted people who are ready to deepen their faith.  
- New believer, life long believer, and everyone in-between.
- Couples and singles are both welcome.  If you are married, we highly recommend both spouses come.  
- Teen - Grandparents.  Yes, mature teens are welcome.  No childcare provided.

What will we do?
Friday:
- Lunch & Story sharing
- 3 Sessions of SFL
- Sabbath dinner
Saturday:
- Breakfast with your host family
- 5 Sessions of SFL (and lunch)
- Worship & Prayer
Sunday:
- Breakfast with your host family
- 2 Sessions of SFL
- Depart at 12:30pm
Is this a relaxing retreat?
No.  This weekend is jam packed with deep discussion of God's Word.  You sould plan to come rested and leave tired, but in the very best way.  This is an intensive that will have lasting impact.
