SFL Ignites the Movement your Church Is Ready For

You love the Lord. You've preached faithfully. You've seen God move. And you sense there's more, a vision God's planted in your heart that needs common ground to take root.

Story-Formed Life gives your whole community the shared biblical Story to stand on. We won't rebuild your discipleship strategy in a weekend, but we will light the spark that makes the next chapter possible.

Isn't This How Most Of Us Approach The Bible?

We've memorized verses. We've been moved by certain sections. We've gone to it for inspiration.
But we've rarely read, or been formed by, the Story as a whole. We've been performing scenes without ever seeing the script.
WHAT'S REALLY HAPPENING

Everyone's performing, but nobody has the same script.

Imagine your church is a theater company called to perform the greatest story ever told. But instead of giving everyone the complete script, each person has been handed a few scattered pages. The lead actors have memorized their favorite scenes. The supporting cast has heard about the plot secondhand. And some people showed up on opening night never having seen a single page.

Everyone's passionate about the production. But nobody's performing the same story. That gap between passion and coherence — that's what most churches are living in right now. And it shows up in three interconnected ways.
THE VICIOUS CYCLE

Three Problems That Feed Each Other

These aren't separate issues. They form a cycle, and breaking it requires addressing the root, not just the symptoms.

The Cost of Performing Scattered Scenes

A theater company performing scattered scenes doesn't just put on a bad show. Over time, the actors get used to performing for each other. They congratulate one another on their delivery. And slowly, the cast itself stops being changed by the Story they're telling.

What's Visible

Busyness without fruit. Programs that feel productive but don't produce transformation. People consuming the story rather than being formed by it. The church becomes an audience watching itself.

What's Ultimately At Stake

The people you love, the ones who show up every Sunday, who serve faithfully, who genuinely believe they know the Story, may have never actually entered it. Not because they don't care, but because no one ever gave them the whole thing. And all the energy your church pours in never quite produces the fruit you know is possible.

If This Sounds Like Your Church

You're not alone, and you didn't get here because you stopped caring. You got here because the cast never received the complete script. We won't hand you a finished discipleship system, but we can give your church the shared Story that births a culture of discipleship.
THE COMPLETE SCRIPT

SFL doesn't give you another scene to rehearse

It gives your whole community the complete script, from the opening scene to the final act, so that everyone can finally see their role in the same Story. Groups are led by trained facilitators called Story Guides using midrash, an ancient Hebrew method of community-based Scripture discussion. No lectures, no curriculum to manage, just guided encounter with God's Word in community.

When the whole cast reads the same script, rehearsal becomes natural. The director can lead instead of manage. And the performance moves from scattered improvisation to something the audience can actually see and believe.

  • An immersive experience walking through the entire biblical narrative from Genesis to Revelation
  • Led by trained Story Guides using midrash, not lectures, not self-study, not another video series
  • Formation, not information: designed to deepen belief, not just increase knowledge
  • Integrates with your church's existing DNA, the shared foundation that sparks your culture of discipleship

SFL is step one. When your church shares the same Story, every conversation that follows about vision, formation, mission, what your community is being called to build, it happens on common ground. We've found no better tool to ignite a movement in a church. And once it's lit, we're here to help you think about what comes next.
