“I am a practicing Catholic and while I love my faith, I have also been cradled in it for 35 years. Over time, I began to go through the motions and forgot to appreciate the beauty behind the mass. I decided to rumble with my faith and entered a SFL group that my friend was leading. To say it was life changing is an understatement. To be able to sit with pieces of scripture and focus on its meaning was a game changer.
