Wow. A lot has changed in such a short time. Suffering and hardship are increasing around the world. Yet, when the going gets tough, the Kingdom erupts. I’m not sure how you are feeling about all this mess, but even with this present suffering, I am excited. Deep-down questions that every person has such as: “What is the meaning of Life? – What happens when I die?” are coming to the surface more than ever. The heart of SFL is the Good News of the Kingdom and it’s really good news right now that people need to hear.
We are so thankful for the season of preparation we have had for this moment. It was a year ago that we began pioneering SFL Online and it is now becoming the primary way that people are experiencing the Story. As millions are binge-watching stories on Netflix, there is no better time to experience the greatest Story in an immersive & interactive way.
Our goal is to GROW (quality & quantity) the SFL & it is growing! We have 15+ SFL groups running as I write this. While we have groups happening in the Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky area, there are groups happening around the US (15 states!) and the world. We know that every SFL is a pivotal moment in the lives of people, so please pray for our volunteer facilitators and all of the participants.
I’m especially excited about Witni’s safe delivery & return to the team. We are also blessed to have an awesome new addition to the team, Kat Hansen, who will be serving as SFL Coordinator. Expect even more SFL fruit in the coming weeks & months ahead!
Lastly, we thank God for the planting and watering happening around the globe, even in the midst of COVID-19, and we are eager to see what He makes grow this year. I want to sincerely thank those of you who have partnered with us financially. We received several new monthly commitments in January and February, putting us that much closer to meeting our goal of $4000 in monthly recurring gifts. If you feel led to partner with us, you can click here for more information.
Please join me in praying that God would bring His Kingdom more fully & give us wisdom, boldness and opportunities to help people experience the Good News.
In His Story,
Stephen
